    Take oats in the break fast and have garlic atleast 3 to 4 pods and half an hour exercise and keep smiling always and keep away tensions. Yoga is the best exercise to keep fit of ur heart.

    Receipe for oats as breakfast: Take oats and boil it with water and add little low fat milk in that and add jaggery to it. And later add badam cut into pieces if still u need u can add one fruit like apple, banana,straw berry which ever u like. Keep ur mind cool always so that it will not impact he heart.
