Heart beat increases - need advice

Hi friends

For the past one month I have this problem. All of a sudden my heartbeat jumps rapidly (as of I have problem in BP) I can feel. This happens sometimes in a day. Do I have to change my food habits for this. I take more white sugar and I drink tea 4 to 5 times daily( cant chage this habit ). Any suggestions?

Hi,
It is better to check with doctor, they might do ECG.
Take care of yourself first.
Even I have palpitation due to thyroid problem, only solution for me is to keep myself cool and stress free (which will never happen).

Hi Lakshmi,
I agree with Punitha. Take an appointment and check with the doctor. During my second delivery, I had BP and palpitation too. The doctor referred to a cardiologist and the cardio doctor did ECG and said everything is normal and the palpitation was due to over anxiety. So, please check with the doctor

Besides that try to avoid tea atleast a couple of days and see how that helps. Take care!

Hi,
Caffine intake will create these kinds of problems, so reduce your tea intake.
Try doing some aerobic exercise.
