Hi ladies, I am six weeks pregnant and I work.I feel hungry every 2 hours and if I don't eat I feel like nausea and throwing up till I have something.I have aversion towards all the fruit except Apple .I have an apple every day.Could you please let me know options for healthy snacks that I can pack and take to office daily. Dear IL, Congrats on your pregnancy.. for snacking you can try: Almonds (soaked prev night and peel the skin) walnuts peanuts Boiled eggs poha sandwich buttermilk milkshakes (with less sugar) Health mix kanji salad
I snacked a lot on almonds/ walnuts/ raisins/ dates/ trail mix ( non salted). These kept my hunger grounded for awhile. Don't snack on cashew though,
oatmeal is v filling if u r in usa, i usually pan roast it steel oats and keep them in container and every morning take out a little add chopped fruit and milk and bring to work. peanut butter with toast. nausea is going to get better soon don't stress over it just eat whatever u can whenever u can, baby carrots are gud munchers congrats and keep smiling
