    To get right pongal consistency, use 1 cup of rice and 1/4 cup of moong dal with 3.5- 4 cup of water.

    Yes mathi, my mom makes them as pulikuzhambu. I am not a great fan of that so I make fries. She makes cutlets and curries with yam which tastes just like non veg.

    Small bowl carrot capsicum rice

    Watermelon

    Exercise - 30 mins walk

    40 mins of tread mill and 30 min of outside walk on wednesday ( March- 16) . I will go for walk the evening and will update status again.

    17 March 2016 Update

    A glass of warm water with honey
    EM - 2 biscuits + 1.5 glass coconut water
    BF - 2 dosa with sambar + 1 cup grapes
    MS- 2 moong laddu
    Lunch - 2 chapati + 1 cup raw cucumber veggie with slices of tomato + 1/2 cup dal +1/2 cup rice
    EVE - 1 custard apple + 1 glass lemon juice
    Dinner - 2 chapati + 1 cup rajma veggie + 1 glass buttermilk

    Water - 3.5 lt

    Workout : -

    1. 30 mins. Aerobics - Skipping Rope - with moderate intensity & small bursts of high intensity

    2. 20 mins. chest press with dumbbells, shoulders with dumbbells, biceps curl, triceps extension

    3. Stretch Exercises

    4. 20 mins. Yoga Exercises

    And Meditation
