    7 raw ladies fingers
    Rice, chicken curry
    1 cup milk, popcorn
    3 rotis + carrot/beetroot curry

    Exercise: 30 mins stretches, 10 mins cardio

    Even I have a happy news, even though little I have lost 300 GMs and entered weight one digit lesser.:banana

    Total weight loss from Jan -15 mar - 1.5 kgs..

    In two and 1/2 months , 1.5 kgs , seems less but for me it is a great thing,

    I felt so much inch loss esp in stomach and fat loss in face too...
