    @PLK .... Thanks to you. Here is recipe of moong laddu.

    Ingredients :-

    2 cups moong dal
    1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
    3 tbsp ghee
    1/2 cup desiccated coconut
    2 tbsp broken cashewnuts
    1/4 tbsp cardamom powder

    1. Heat a pan and roast the moong dal till it gives an aroma
    2. cool and blend in mixer to a smooth powder
    3. Heat the ghee in pan, add the cashewnuts and saute till they turn golden brown
    4. Remove and keep aside
    5. Add the coconut and saute till it turns golden brown. Remove and keep aside to cool.
    6. Combine all the ingredients and add a little warm milk and grease your hands with ghee make small balls of laddu.
    7. Store in an air-tight contained.

    Self Challenge for This Week :-

    1. Avoid to take caffeine and tannin i.e. coffee and tea
    2. While doing Aerobic Exercises maintain Balance Intensity and Duration.- To do Moderate Intensity Exercises with Small Burst of High Intensity Exercises Mixed in.

    Hi. All Ladies,

    15 Feb 2016 Update

    A glass of warm water with honey
    EM - 2 biscuits + 1 glass lemon juice
    BF - 1 cup pohe + 1 cup grapes
    Morning Snack - 2 moong laddu + coconut water
    Lunch - 2 bajara rotis + 1 cup methi veggie + 1/2 cup dal + 1/2 cup rice
    Evening - 1 banana + 1 glass fresh pineapple juice
    Dinner - At 08. 10 PM - 2 bajara rotis + 1 cup spinach veggie + cucumber salad

    Workout - 30 mins. Aerobic Exercise - Jogging - For First 25 mins. 5 miles per hour speed and in the end for 5 mins. at 7 miles per hour speed + 30 mins. yoga exercise & meditation.

    Water - 8 +


    16 Feb 2016 Update

    Morning Snack - 12 almonds + 1 cup buttermilk
    Lunch - 2 chapatis + 1 cup beetroot veggie + 1/2 cup dal + 1/2 cup rice
    Evening - 1 orange + coconut water
    Dinner - At 08.10 PM - 2 chapatis + 1 cup carrot veggie + slices of cucumber

    Workout - 30 mins. Aerobics - Jogging - For First 25 mins. at 5 miles per hour speed and in the end for 5 mins. at 7 miles per hour speed + 30 mins. yoga exercise & meditation

    Water - 8 +

    It's feeling very nice.

    I was doing 5km walk and not 10 km as earlier..So I thought I may not loose but I will maintain...but I gained 1.5 kg in a week?...84.5...Unable to understand this...

    Feb 17 - 2 mile LS walk, 1.5 km outside walk.
