    You can look up previous threads about Triphala. There is so much to say about and it would be better if you did some research (since it is a laxative, I would advice you to be careful)

    It is easily available online.

    1. Morning walk for 1 hr
    2. After dinner walk for 1 hr
    3. no junk for this week at all

    16th Feb :-

    1 hour morning walk
    1 moong-dal cheela + 10 almonds + 10 Big raisins
    1 glass carrot beetroot juice(home made)
    3 chapati + lotus stick curry
    1 cup tea
    2 chapati with palak paneer
    1 hr walk after dinner
    8 glasses of water

    Hi All,

    Iam back , could not find time to exercise all these days , so my challenge for this week is to somehow squeeze in 30-40 mins of exercise for atleast 5 days.
