    Lunch -brown rice+Ridge guard
    Snack - Tea+few channas
    Dinner - before 8.30 2 chapathi+ capsicum + Beetroot raita


    Water - 2 lt
    Workout - 2 mile LS

    A Glass of Warm Water With A Lemon
    EM - 1 Cup Green Tea + 2 Biscuits
    BF- 1 Cup Pohe + 1 Orange
    Morning Snack - 1/2 Cup Roasted Peanuts
    Lunch - 2 Phulke + 1 Cup Malai Kofta + 1/2 Cup Dal + 1/2 Cup Rice
    Evening - 1 Pomegranate + 1 Cup Coffee
    Dinner - At 08.10 PM - 2 Phulke + 1 Cup Cabbage Veggie + 1 Cup Mexican Corn Salad

    Exercise - 30 Mins. LS Walk + 30 Mins. Yoga Exercise & Meditation.

    Water - 8 +

    On 11 Feb I Have Completed Walk Off 15 Miles In Week Challenge. Total - 18 Miles Walk Off

    Challenge 1 - Workout - 1 Point
    Challenge 2 - Early Dinner - 0 Point

    Hi all lovely ladies...u all are rocking with your routine...


    My pain is little better.. So planning to get bk on track from tomorrow( 1st day of week here )... I would be doing only walking for few days.... I cannot strain my neck... Waiting for challenges of coming week.....

    BF- 2 gulab jamun +1 banana
    Morning Snack - 2 moog ladu + coconut water
    Lunch - 2 Puri + 1 cup veg. kolhapuri +1/2 cup dal + 1/2 cup rice
    Evening - 1 cup grapes + 1 cup green tea
    Dinner - at 08.10 PM - 2 puri + 1 cup veg. kurma + slices of cucumber

    Exercise - 30 mins. LS walk + 30 mins. yoga exercise & meditation

    Water - 8 +

    Challenge 1 - workout - 1 point
    Challenge 2 - early dinner - 0 point
