    count me in.... whenever i start my weight loss journey, i leave inbetween without consistency. but this yr i want to work hard to do my best. am 66 kg now and want to go for 55...

    Pleasse count me in... My self Anandi.. weighing 195 lbs :-( want to reduce 10 lbs by the end of Jan.

    I was doing Jillian michels 30 day shred but due to shoulder injury cant continue.. felling very sad because I noticed good results doing that.
    Please tell me a good work out video ur following.

    and Please veteran help.... my problem is I do dieting for say 4-5 days... then 1 fine day i will get dizzines... dizziness that wont go away for days... then I switch back to normal diet and eventually stop exercising...

    please any one have this problem...

    My diet...

    1. vegetable juice in the morning ... half medium beet+ 6 baby carrots+1/2 apple. around 8
    2. eat quinoa instead of rice with dal, curry and curd. at 11
    3. Coffee at 2
    4. Fruit smoothie at 6 1/2 apple + 1/2 avacado/banana+ handfull of frozen berries and hand full of nuts and milk.


    I did this for a week or so and was very happy and energitic...

    From 2 days i am not able to get up from bed....

    @Anandsri: Looking at your food intake, I must say that you are eating less than what you need every day. Track the calories. You need to have a minimum of 1200 - 1400 calorie diet every day for essential body functions. Starving or punishing your body with less food is not going to fetch anything.

    Iam sure this is the result you give up in a couple of days and go back to emotional eating. Eat well and stay mobile. Thats the secret of weightloss. If you exercise, it will make you active through out the day. You get good sleeep and you have a wonderful metabolism.
    Yes, I have also been doing JM shred. I did them for 10 days and then left it. From what I read about weightloss articles, people who are av=bove 70 kgs concdntrate more on cardio workouts like walk, jog, medium pace running, swimming , aerobics , zumba. Choose a one that is feasible for you. This will not result in any muscle cramps. Alternate cardio with strength exercises . It will give amazing results.

    All the best!! While we start this thread from January 4 , you will get to see what are all the different kind of workouts people here do and will get an idea of what you can do that is comfortable for you.

    Hi.....Just a few minutes left for the new year to come! I want to join in this group and lead a healthy lifestyle in the coming year. Already lost 4 kgs but very slowly since 6 months. Not consistent. Need to loose 3 more kgs. And tone my body as i have huge belly n arms. Count me in!
