    Challenge 1 : 30 min walk. done.
    Challenge 2 : 8 cups of water everyday.done.
    Challenge 3 : 2 servings of vegetables everyday -only one.
    morning 1.5 chapati n subjee
    afternoon homemade 3 idli lot of sambar
    eve baghare chawal
    good thing is that my son 11yr also joined me for walk.

    @Ssudhan, you can have chapathi, aloo/mooli/cabbage/peas/any veg paratha with dal/any curry. If you are preparing upma, add lots of veggies. You can also have millet idli like ragi idli, corn meal idli, etc.

    plk Irving is good that ur son is also joing you
    sabari what is the spl , ice cream that too in winter?
    choco... One suggestion from my side, try to have healthy and heavy breakfast.. Mostly u r having fruits and sweet potato , is it enough and filling.....
    Our breakfast should be the heaviest meal of the day even we need carbs to loose weight and to absorb protein... So please have a look at this...

    30 mile spot jog , total of 5 miles of outside walk today

    Ladies, Did any one note my food chart for Jan - 06? I missed penning my lunch ... my lunch was oats, dal rasam, brinjal curry and yogurt..

    This means I was sleeping while I wrote and it also means my buddies here are also........... ( Fill in the blanks) hugsmiley
