    Hi all,

    Water : 2 ltrs
    Workout : today no workout
    Veggies : 1 cup of green pepper.

    EM : warm water with lemon and honey
    BF: 2 rotis with bendi chutney
    Lunch: rice with green pepper curry and curd
    Snacks : 1 cup of sweet corn and 1/2 cup of pomegranate
    Dinner: 2 dosa with chutney.

    Could any one suggest healthy meal for dinner as I am unable to control my carvings in the night.

    1glass water
    1 guava + 1 chiku
    1 sweet potato
    1 plate rice pulao
    1 cup tea
    2 chapati + subji + soup
    40 min walking after dinner

    2 point only, water intake was low





    5th Jan:-
    2 glasses warm water
    2 parantha with pickle
    2 chapati + nutrela soya-bean curry
    1 cup tea
    1.5 bajra roti + daal palak
    30 min walking
    total 9 glass of water

    6th jan
    sweet potato + guava + chiku
    2 chapati + palak paneer
    tea + chawanprash
    2 chapati + beetroot subji + aloo subji
    til gud
    30 min walking
    8 cups of water

    Mm - almonds 10, half fig bar, pistachios
    Lunch - rice, vendaikkai mor kulambu, beans paruppu usili, appalam 1/2
    Evening - tea
    Dinner - assorted beans n veggies salad, paneer paratha 1

    Water - 2 lt
    Workout - 30 mins floor exercise, 2 miles walk

    2 servings veggies - done
    30 mins workout - done
    8 glasses water - done

    BF - 2 ragi Idlis and sambar , 1 glass milk and 2 clementines
    Lunch - 1/2 cup brown rice , sambar and cabbage
    Snack - 1 Sweet potato, cucumbers and carrots and tea
    Dinner - 1 cup Broccoli and black eye beans ( left over from last night) and bottle gourd spinach soup 1 cup


    Water - 8 cups

    Exercise - 1 hr Walking

    Day 3 Jan 06


    Started Day with a Glass of Warm Water with a Lime.


    Food Diary


    EM - 1 cup of Coffee


    BF - 1 cup poha
    A cup of Pineapples


    Morn. Snack - 1 apple & 5 almonds


    Lunch - 2 Chapatis
    1/2 cup Dal
    1 cup Mexican Corn Salad


    Evening - 1 cup Tea
    1/2 roasted peanuts


    Dinner - 1/2 cup broken wheat upma with vegetables
    1/2 cup lentils
    1 bowl of vegetable salad


    Exercise - 50 Minutes Leslie Sansone walk
    2 Set of surya namaskar
    30 Minutes yoga exercise.


    Water - 8 cups


    Vegetable - 2 Servings

    Ch1 - 3 km walking, 15 mins treadmill, 10 mins elliptical
    Ch2 -
    carrot cucumber and orange salad, mixed veg sauted, cabbage dhal mix
    Ch3 - 8 cups of water

    Included cake.. since we had food outside..
