    Jan5th
    Warm lemon water with honey
    BF : 3 carrots, 2 dosa with onion chutney
    Lunch : Rice with coconut chutney, tomato rasam and curd
    Evening snacks : one cup of corn and 3 carrots and 1 orange
    Dinner: 2 dosa with coconut chutney

    Workouts: 45 mins
    Water : 2 ltrs

    so todays point 3

    Week 1 challenge:
    Jan05
    Challenge1 : 30 mins of walk done
    Challenge 2: 8 cups of water.Done.
    Challenge 3 :no salad today
    1. khaman dhokla ..homemade
    2. subjee +2roti
    3. murmurs bhadang
    One cup coffee in morning.
    eclairs 3... sorry but ..ho gaya..;)

    now right heel paining...will massage it, pamper and my dear heel, get ready for more tomorrow.... lol
    you all are big motivation... thanks lovely ladies...

    I find many of you getting confused on the vegetable servings. Please make sure you have vegetables in any form. It is not only restricted to salad form. You can include them into:
    1. Curry
    2. Soups / salads
    3. Poriyal/kootu/palyas
    4. Chutneys
    5. any others

    Bf - idiappam with coconut n sugar
    Mm - coffee, small banana
    Lunch - little millet rice .5 cup, keerai kulambu, bittergourd stir fry, kaju katli 1, few nuts
    Snack - tea
    Dinner - 2 multi grain dosai, channa n veggies masala, 1 parota, kaju katli 1

    Workout - 45 mins yoga / floor exercise, 15 mins walk

    Water - 1.5 lt

    Ch1 - done
    Ch2 - done
    Ch3 - half done

    Hi All,

    I am Hulda. I am full time working mum of 2. I was looking for some kind of challenge like this.

    I would like to join. Maybe I will start from tomorrow.

    But a few things that I cant do without is my morning coffee and my evening tea. Maybe I will take it with equal.

    I am excited to read all your posts.

    Please suggest what a serving size is for Vegetables.

    Day 2 of challenge .
    Workout- 2 miles walking and 20 mins swimming
    Water -just 5 cups. Have to work on drinking more water.
    Veggie -2 .

    1 serving of vegetable is 1 cup of any vegetable

    Literally, we have a challenge of 2 cups of vegetable per day. Hope tis helps.
