    March 29 update
    alu poha
    coffee with little heart biscuit
    margarita saaj
    watermelon juice
    two aloo paratha+curd
    little lemon rice
    bournbourn biscuit

    water 8 cups

    walk 9500 steps abt 6.5 km

    on antibiotic for seven days so not much strict with food

    Bf - coffee, semiya upma 2 cup, coconut milk few sips
    Lunch - little millet rice 1 cup, spinach soup
    Evening - tea, masala pori 1 cup, pista 5
    Dinner - beans n veggies 1 cup, milk with jaggery

    Workout - 30 mins walk n mild jog

    Water - 1 lt

    1 boiled egg

    1 cup green tea
