    4 biscuits

    1 cup tea

    2 Bondas

    Exercise 30 mins walk

    Water - 3 lts

    I'm not happy with my food choice today :(

    bad bad march 2016...
    I am having severe abdominal pain with no signs of acidity, bloating...bowels clear...hydrated...home made food...walks...don't know the cause...but severe pain...
    anyway...Dr has advised for blood tests and sono ... let's see...

    good to see you all girls motivated...keep up my rockstars....

    Feeling very tired because of periods.. So no exercise..
