    1 cup ragi koozh
    5 raw ladies fingers
    1 cup tea
    Rice, radish sambar, rasam, cabbage and peas poriyal
    1 cup tea, 1 apple
    3 dosa with sambar
    1 cup milk

    30 mins stretches and 15 mins low impact cardio

    18 March 2016 Update

    A glass of warm water with honey
    EM - 2 biscuits + 1 glass lemon juice
    BF - 1 onion uttapa + 1 custard apple
    MS - 1 cup roasted peanuts
    Lunch - 2 phulka +1 cup raw methi veggie + 1/2 cup dal + 1/2 cup rice
    EVE - 2 anjeer(fig) +1.5 glass coconut water
    Dinner - 2 phulka + 1 cup beans veggie + 1 glass buttermilk

    Water - 3.5 lt

    Workout : -

    1. 30 mins. Aerobics - Skipping Rope - with moderate intensity & small bursts of high intensity

    2. 20 mins. Abdominal crunches, quadriceps extension, squats with dumbbells, calf raises with dumbbells

    3. Stretch Exercises

    4. 20 mins. Yoga Exercises

    And Meditation

    Wama989....your diet is good and you are doing very good exercises....sooo much type of exercises you are doing....
    Would you please share your time management....means when do u get up when to exercise, when cook...meditation, yoga, stretch...so much....how do you get soo much time to do these....

    10 almonds, 10 raisins, 2 figs, 2 cheela with paneer
    1 glass juice
    2 chapati + methi sabji + dal
    green tea
    1 bajra chapati + aloo tomato sabji

    30 min walk after dinner, 15 surya namaskar, kapalbhati, anulom vilom

    Monday and Tuesday IL would be shut for maintaining work....

    Have been doing good these days. I hit the gym on monday, wednesday and Thursdays for an hour. I started doing interval trainings of walk and jog too. Feeling very much energetic these days. Dont feel that sluggish and tierdness at all. Weather is getting better here too.

    though theres chillness still, theres sunshine thats really nice to enjoy!! Come spring and will be planning lots of outings and outdoor activities.

    @PLK, @mahesaran, @miracle1000, @chillbreeze, @wama989, @chocogal26 HI !!!!!! Girls!!!!! Dont think, Im not here.. Im watching all of you !! heehehhehehe:)

    I have a goal to attain in weightloss and will come here once I reach that... A couple of kgs to loose and will be prompt here.
