    1.. Carrot + ginger + green apple ::: Boost and cleanse our system

    2.. Green apple + cucumber + celery ::: prevent cancer , reduce cholesterol and eliminate stomach upset and headache

    3.. Tomato + carrot + green apple ::: improve skin complexion and eliminate bad breath

    4.. Orange + ginger + cucumber ::: improve skin texture and moisture and reduce body heat

    5.. Pineapple + green apple + watermelon :::to dispel excess salts, nourishes the bladder and kidney

    6.. Green apple + cucumber + kiwi ::: to improve skin complexion

    7.. Pear + banana ::: regulate sugar control

    8.. Carrot + green apple + pear + mango ::: clear body heat , counteracts toxicity, decreased blood pressure and fight oxidization

    hi geetha,

    thanks for sharing such a usual info. i prefer taking fresh fruits in any form and it is nice to know the benefits of taking them. one small doubt..are bananas are good for keeping the sugar control down? i read somewhere that diabetics should avoid taking banana in any form since they can raise the blood sugar levels.can anyone clarify this?

    2 hr soaked wheat + cocunut + jaggery -> grind all the iteams adding water. keep it in fridge and drink. Good for health mainly for kids.

    Hi all,

    Who not love healthy juices especially Pure homemad.

    So enjoy this also

    Ingredients:
    1 apple, cored and sliced
    2 peaches, remove seed
    1 pear, sliced

    Method
    Grind above ingredients with cold water.Keep in refrigerator and serve.
