hi geetha, thanks for sharing such a usual info. i prefer taking fresh fruits in any form and it is nice to know the benefits of taking them. one small doubt..are bananas are good for keeping the sugar control down? i read somewhere that diabetics should avoid taking banana in any form since they can raise the blood sugar levels.can anyone clarify this? pavi
