• Maintain your weight

    • Take proper diet
Eat Healthy .Healthy nutrition improves the quality of your skin, digestion, joints etc. Research shows that you can take a tastier route to keep your joints healthy. Supplementing your diet with a multivitamin is a good way to get the vitamins and minerals you may lack by eating too much junk food. According to <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:eek:ffice:smarttags" />Oklahoma State University research, Soy is rich in isoflavones, plant hormones with anti-inflammatory properties. In a study of 293 Australian adults, eating plenty of fruit reduced the risk of developing bone marrow lesions. Adding fish in your diet will also help you to get rid of future join problems.

    • Restrain your extra caffeine intake
While you may need that extra burst of energy in the morning, try and resist those second and third cups of coffee. Studies show that the extra caffeine can weaken your bones.

    • Say bye to Smoking
Smoking is one of the worst habits that push you to death. If you smoke, you essentially deteriorate your joints and wear them down at a faster rate.

    • Take a break
Besides the soothing, relaxing benefits of breathing fresh air and observing nature, the great outdoors provides many opportunities for burning extra calories.

    • Maintain right posture
Never put your body through any rigorous routines while getting dressed for work or play. Always sit straight to keep your vertebral column straight. Sit and stand. Neither sitting nor standing on your feet all day is good for you.

    • Compute comfortably
Your arms should hang comfortably at your sides, elbows at a right angle, with your wrists relaxed while typing.

Take some of these tips and put them into practice to maintain a healthy life. Remember that by not doing these things you are setting yourself up for some pain in the future. This is definitely not all you can do to prevent knee pain, but they are some of the more important ones.

Thank's for all of the great information, I have been using a type of colloidal mineral called, colloidal silver for a for a couple of months now. Do you think that colloidal minerals can really help towards bigger diseases? Or be useful in any other way?
