    Hi all,

Suggest me some healthy recipes to improve stamina. I feel tired always [I have hypo thyroidism] and don't have the strength to do the day to day activities. If I work hard, I get vomiting sensation and headache. I mean doing household chores not the mental work.

I am just 23 and don't have the energy to work like all others.

I had milk & raw egg mixed together in empty stomach every morning. I feel better the whole day but the problem is my body gets heated up. Does milk and egg produces more heat in the body?

Also tell me any other recipes or physical exercises that would help.

Maintain your ideal body weight, which takes into account your height and bone structure. Being significantly underweight is no more healthy than being overweight. Work with your activity level and your diet to maintain that balance. You may need to consult a nutrition expert if you don't have a basic knowledge of nutrition.

    Hi dear,

you are suffering from Hypo thyroid, which means you are putting on weight, and the weight put is making you feel tired, so first you need to start to exercise and lose weight once you start doing that you will feel better and eat well, have your medication on time and go to a dietician to help you out.
you need to lose weight and then you shall feel better, with hypo thyroid you do feel tired as you are just putting on weight.
Please google and check for hypo thyroid and you will get many results, but you need to exercie.

    love

    Hi,
why don't you try fruit and veg juices? There is a book by Mallika Badrinath in this topic. She has given lots of recipes in that in different combinations. They are very tasty and good too. I have made them. try it.
