healthy food in the russian way for extreme climate

    Health is wealth.This proverb is known to all of us but best understood by me in the foreign land as we stayed there for about 3 years.I suffered a stomach and respiratory ailment.Infact i was about to come back to our motherland, as a last chance i wanted to change my food pattern and stick on to the local way of cooking.It really helped me not only to overcome my suffering but it gave a improvement in my immunity level.

    The simple receipe prescribed to me is
    1.Drink lot of lukewarm water.
    2.Avoid indian spices like mirchi and all garam masala .
    3.Brown Bread with panner toast instead of cheese toast with pepper.
    4.coriander and garlic is a wonder medicine so add it to all the food items.
    5.soup made up of cabbage and carrot,soup made up of oats or bugswheat.
    6.Curd instead of milk.
    7.Eat lot of baked apple with little sugar.
    8.Avoid cucumber and tomato and citrous fruits to overcome acidity.
    9.Eat lot of berries

    I followed this diet plan and benefited by this.This wonder diet can be followed by anyone who wants to reduce or maintain weight in the regions which experience cold conditions and yet stay fit and healthy.

    hi the best remedy for cold and flu is the chicken soup , it liquifies the mucus even relieves sinusitis pains
