    1.Dip jackfruit in honey.You will be relieved of nervous problems.
    2.Take fresh coriander leaves and fry it in ghee.Have it along with hot rice.Anemia can be cured.
    3.Before eating have a cup of warm water,it would remove excessive fat from the body,
    4.To purify blood,take 5 sprigs of saffron along with honey and rose gulkand.
    5.I f you want a good sleep have khu khus powder mixed with hot milk.
    6.If you have indigestion take a cup of hot water.
    7.To help diabetes,you can take drumstick leaves fried in ghee everyday.
    8.Banana flower hepls in whitish discharge and excessive bleeding.
    9.If you drink 2 cups of warm water on an empty stomach everyday.you will brisk and it will cleanse your stomach.
    10.If you boil water along with some hibsicus flowers and drink your bp will come down.
    11.Having hot water bath to which salt has been added relieves one of tiredness.
    12.Having fruit juice everyday helps in prevention of brittle nails.
    13.Applying olive oil helps in getting jet black hair.
    14.Apply cut potatoes on blackheads,removes it in no time.
    15.If you add eculptyus oil to your bath you will be relieved of head ache,body ache orcold.
    16.For increasing mother's milk have drumstick leaves cooked with tuvar dal and taken with rice.
    17.Pomegranate juice helps in relieving stomach ache.Have it along with pepper powder and salt.
    18.To get relief from ulcer include pumpkin in your food regularly.

    thanks kanaka for ur helpful tips....I'm anemic n now get a good tips from u.......I've another problem is muscle pain in legs n waist.though I take calcium tab.it doesn't work.do u know this remady?
