    A common belief that cracking your knucles can lead to arthritis is a myth. However, habitual knucle-cracking should be avoided.
    A study found no increase in occurrence of arthritis among knuckle-crackers when compared with people in the other group. However, habitual knuckle-crackers were more likely to have hand swelling and lower grip strength. Joint cracking can result from a negative pressure pulling nitrogen gas temporarily into the joint, such as when knuckles are cracked.

    Today's tip:

    To avoid hangover, before going to bed drink a glass of water and take some Vitamin B complex.
    Do not take any headache medicines like Acetaminophen, Ibuprofen or Aspirin as they can seriously damage your liver. Also, avoid drinking coffee as coffee can help dehydration.

    Eye Facial Exercise: While keeping eyes closed the whole time, first look down and then look up as far as possible. Repeat 10 times.

    Take a short slow or medium-paced walk 30 minutes after dinner. This helps your digestive system to function better & improves quality of sleep.
    Leisure walking after a meal helps in digestion of the food, controlling weight (it keeps the metabolism high during the sleeping hours) and is excellent for people who already are facing problems of indigestion or flatulence. However, walking immediately after a meal will make it difficult for the digestive system to absorb the nutrition from the food we eat. Wait at least thirty minutes to an hour after your meal and then walk.
