Health Issues At 37

    Try ashwagandha for few days. Replace chai or coffee with green tea. 4 tea bags only in morning. Rest of the day lemon water. Eat more leafy greens like spinach. Less processed and junk more natural food. Make sure u get good sleep. Learn breathing techniques and practice it

    I feel the same and now I engage my thoughts in gardening , trying new things, having new commitments such as trying new recipes or learning new musics - devices.

    Moreover, regarding health - being anemic also matters, apart from healthy lifestyle, the empty mind is devils workshop i believe. earlier i use to worry for very very small things and feel like no one to care me.

    am also feeling the same but because of following other activities, now I feel less stressed.

    Am full time working mother with 2 active children, really super busy but somewhere my thoughts would go and I will start worrying.

    Health is very much important , yeah but while worrying and mood swings, I used to prepare food feeling that i should eat some good one but later some thoughts will occupy and i wont feel like eating at all (either because of family issues / some mood swings or lack of concentration because my mind is super busy worrying :fearscream: )

    first reason is being anemic, second we have too much time without actual busy schedule.
    Third we are listening to too many voices and start worrying / our moods get spoiled.

    Reg tea or coffee - we cant stop immediately if we are anxious, so will wory more, it would be better if we reduce the tea cup size and take half only.
