Hi Sivasakthigopi, can we do headshave in any temple? I thought we can only do in those temples where headshaving people are allowed and/or managed by temple people. My family god is lord venkateshwara only. Venkatesh

Yeah, Me and my wife wanted to but i am not going to get leave from office until May and his hair is already way long. Weekend trip would be too hectic for me. So we thought, we will do head tonsuring here and then take him to tirumala for darshanam. Venkatesh
Hi! If your family god is Venkateswara means you can choose Tirupathi. Now you can book your dharsan in Online for 300 rupees per adult. You can also choose your convenient Time for this! You need only passport size photo and Id card (like voter Id or Driving License or Passport) for this procedure!
Thanks indoc. Indeed people are suggesting me to go to yadagirigutta due to my leave problem. It's also lakshmi narasimha temple and a significant one. Do you have more details? I came to know that we have to go to Kalyana Katta for headshave and then take bath in pushkarini. But i am not able to find them on map. I am a tamilian and don't know telugu. Managed to get this much from temple contact with my broken telugu :confused2:. Any idea where these places are?
