Head, height, weight measurement for infants

Hi all,

I just delivered about 8 weeks back in the U.S. My mom says they never used to take head measurement in India but here in U.S. they checked head height and weight measurements...should I be worried?

Head circumference, height and weight is a must in India too, so don't worry too much about it

@Pattumom My sis is a doctor in India. She confirmed that they take head measurements, height and weight in India too.

My DS paed takes his head measurement, height and weight during his every vaccination and monthly checkup and records it in the blue book for future reference.
