Have you ever used panty liners for your girl?

Hope she is able to dispose off the liner properly and re wear a new liner when she changes her panty. Poor thing, hope her condition improves. I use one of the feminine wet wipes for my DD. When she changes pads in school she feels better cleaning with those towlettes. Since it's specifically for that area, you may look into it. Even if she changes, she needs to clean herself properly. I think the wet wipes will be better. Even the baby wet wipes(you can put it in small Ziploc bags), so she can wipe herself down. If she doesn't clean properly she may get an infection, so ensure you teach her that.
