Have Any One Here Attended A 10 Days Residential Course Of Vipassana ?

    Just wanted to know out of curiosity how many here have attended a 10 days residential course of Vipassana.

    How many among them are practicing it regularly morning and evening and applying it in their day to day life ?

    My MIL attended it in Mt Abu a few years back. She said the course had a very calming effect of on her.
    It seems like an easy course, but staying quite for 10 days and reflecting on your inner noises is quite difficult.
    I wish one day, I will also get enough strength to attend the course.
