Has Anyone Had/heard Of This Wierd Menopausal Symptoms?

I have been having a lot of symptoms since 2 years , it is as if my life has turned upside down , i have palpitations, hot flashes, night sweats, anxiety, fatigue, hard to describe weird feeling some days that I cant do anything except lay in bed. I used to be fairly healthy person with active lifestyle but perimenopause hit me real hard. Got a lot of tests done and by the grace of God all came back normal and every symptom is attributed to hormonal imbalance. No one in my family has heard of such weird symptoms although my Mom had an early menopause too but never had any such symptoms. Conventional medicine is literally useless, they just ignore me saying this is anxiety!!! I never had anxiety and this is the first time I experience this. Has anyone heard anything similar or heard of anything like this?
At this point I feel so hopeless and desperate!
