Has anyone done Vaginal Surgery?

    I wish to know, if someone had done Vaginal Surgery? This is to tighten up the Vagina and improve sensitivity.

    One of my relative did it after Hysterectomy. She is 48 and she told it is normal
    to do Vaginal surgery after Hysterectomy at middle age. But she is also unsure about performing surgery at young age.

    How much it costs? How much effective is it?
