we have booked a flat,3BHK in cosmo city project,siruseri phase 3 around 32lks.....we have paid almost 60% amount towards it through direct payment. as my DH is working abroad...at that time of booking my parents were not well so couldnt take them for site visit...when i showed them my flat now, my parents,friends after seeing the site are telling the area wont be developed that much.,it will be as it is.:spin.so better to sell that flat and buy a flat in the city area..the decision of buying this flat was solely me.:hide:..i got info through the cosmo city office that if rented it goes for 7or 8k only...:rant.purely the flat was for rental as well as for investment...now little bit worried whether there is any scope for development in the nearby future or not? should i sell it or not ? so plz ILS friends throw some ideas regarding this....your help would be much appreciated.....
