For the past year I notice it is a bit hard to read small print without refocusing my eyes. What eye exercises can I do to maintain sharp eyesite. As it is I do forearm-stands (with legs leaning against a wall), 30 seconds, 3 times in the morning. Plus I do 30 min bike, 30 min knee therapy, 2 hour walk/pray I eat lot of carrots. Please help!
