    Dear Ladies,
    Thank you all for your kind and wise words.

    The urgency with which my MIL and BIL hired two lawyers to get rid of me made my husband back out of divorce. Their evilness backfired on them. The minute they entered the office room of one of the lawyers (thank God for him), he just blasted mil and told her to clearly put in her mind that "divorce is out of question".

    Ladies learn from my experience. Never allow someone to bad mouth you day in and day out thinking that it is enough if husband alone understands. This week i realized how much mil has destroyed my support system.

    oh wow, your latest post brought tears of joy to my eyes.. you really deserved and deserve all the happiness this would bring you.. who knows? maybe in her later years your MIL will understand your sacrifices and good heart and turn over into a new leaf.

    i am really happy for the way things resolved themselves. i am glad the lawyer had some good sense and gave your mil a piece of his mind.

    you are right in saying that your mil will not take things lying down. never underestimate the opposition.
