hairfall due to chlorinated /hard water :(

    After my delivery my hair was pretty strong and long but now as i came back to city from my home town..its falling like anything...i have figure out the issue as chlorinated water..But what can we do ?Do anyone have a good hair regime?
    I tried Henna which used to work but even that shiny effect is gone after 2nd wash...:(
