Hi Ladies,

My husband is just 28 and is having a lot of grey hair ( since he was just 14-15) for which he is using heena and now is having slight hair fall which might be severe in future, his diet is fine comprises of milk,fruits, home made food and no junk food at all..but still I'm not able to understand the reason of hair fall..

please suggest some good home remdies to stop hair fall.

Hi,
whatever u have said shows that ur husband's problem is more internal than external..his body is very heaty..avoid foods which r acidic(pitta vardak)
most important ayurvedic medicines like triphala,bael murubba,etc reduce internal heat (which is the main cause of hair problems) ..u can consult some ayurved/homeopath becoz all external stuff is waste without gud constitutional treatment:goodidea:

this is the ayurvedic treatment.
Massage the scalp gently with coconut or almond oil daily for 10 to 15 minutes.
Boil neem leaves in water. Cool, strain and rinse hair with it.
Increase green leafy vegetables, salads, milk, fruits and sprouts in the diet. Take more proteins, milk, buttermilk, yeast, wheat germ, Soya beans, whole grains and nuts. regards sunkan

I recently received an Oriflame product. ( Coconut n Rice Milk) shampoo n conditioner. Have any one tried n tested Oriflame pdts?? Is it ok?
It was a gift from one of my friend.

Please let me know ur inputs.

Dear friends
I read somewhere that methi seeds give lot of nourishment to the hair.Atleast once a week soak some methi seeds for couple of hours ,grind it and apply.Leave it for sometime .Then have a hairwash.This done for several weeks helps in hair growth.Having lot greens helps.So do curry leaves.Oils from Kootakal Ayurvedasala is also helpful.

 

Hair Loss due to hard water

I had long and beautiful hair till recently. Few months back i got relocated to US and the water here seems to be hard and every day I suffer hair loss. I am afraid to even comb my hair because of this . There is hair loss even while I apply oil to my hair.
I tried massaging my hair with warm coconut oil but it doesn't seem to work completely. I feel tensed about the hair loss and because of which the problem is only increasing. Can anyone plz suggest any solution for my problem??
From some of the posts i understand there is some medicine named MINTOP. Does it really work? I am afraid to test it on my hair straight away.. Can any one plzzzzzzzz help....
