Hair Loss due to dieting

    Hi,

    I have been dieting for past 1 yr. Now i realized that i lost hair :hide:.
    Any way i have lost some 7 kgs of my weight. Please help me to get back my hair and also have to maintain my weight. The following is my dieting menu:


    BF: Oats

    11.00 : coffee/ Juice

    Lunch: two chappati, with some vegetables

    Snacks: coffee/juice

    Dinner: sometime fruits or skip and but milk for sure.

    This diet is based on krishnaamma diet plan. Please friends give some tips to get back my hair. I am using Loreal shampoo, conditioner, and gel for past one year. I dont may be because of that also. I wash my hair twice a week. I use home made shikkakai once in a week.

    Hi,

    Iam also dieting for the past one month and I never felt any hair loss(I have hair loss 365 days hence no difference:hide:).

    I hope you include sprouts,cerelas,fruits,greens,vegetables as a part of your diet! I think the hair loss may be due to some other factor!

    Hi

    Green Tea is good for weight loss and as well good for hair loss too.

    Switch over to normal diet. and drink 3-4 cups of green tea per day.

    Also for weight loss drink fenugreek tea early morning in empty stomach which in turn will help for hair growth also.

    Try using some natural shampoo for hair.

    You hair loss is due to the diet you are following, you are not having protiens in your diet as well. you should not skip your evening dinner bowl filled with soup, have protiens everyday in your diet. please visit our weight loss buddy in the keep fit and maintain shape thread and check the diet all the ladies are following, you need to have a lots of greens, fruits and lots of protiens.
