Hi friends

today applied warm oil and had a gentle massage on hair.
applied aloe mask on face to protect from dry ness

i hope this may be last but one or so post of mine in this year.

amla paste means,do u mix water in dried amla powder?
if u wash with normal does it go away? r need to shampoo again?

I forgot to add - half an hour walk after dinner yesterday.

I applied mixture of curd and honey on my face today for 10 min......

I applied amla paste to my hair after shampooing.....and washed in 20 minutes

Will update about walk after dinner tomorrow ;-)

Doing lots of exercise while doing household chores and getting my son ready already.
