    Yesterday night applied lacto tanclear... and put aloe gel
    today noon.. cold aloe gel again.. going to do shikakai hair wash today...

    today my update
    -walking for 45 min ., taking small gaps
    -applied Everyuth gold peel off for tomorrow outing with hubbyji. Sadly no expected results so avoid using this in future. i'll try some thing on face tomorrow itself
