haii...wedding sarees.....

    Is picko and falls necessarily done for wedding pattu sarees?
    need to clear this doubt iimediately...please

    If there is heavy zari work on the border you can stitch falls to protect the zari. No need to pico the pallu side since it has got tassels. If the inside edge is raw you can do pico work.You can extend the life of saree.

    If the D-day is knocking at your door, avoid going for pico etc. But ensure that you are getting it done later, as it protects the border and pallu (if there is heavy zari work in the pallu, which is the case in most sarees)...
