    I am in Seattle, WA. I have almost 6 years of Indian work experience. But still i am not getting any job. Recently, i was contacted by a consultant who was ready to sponsor my visa and asked for visa fees. I am not sure whether he is genuine or not?

    It is Catalyst Systems Inc. based in NJ, Princeton. They have most of the clients in NY. Whatever research i did on net makes me think they are genuine.

    I also stay in Irvine...I know a company who files for H1's (but to my knowledge I guess you have to bear your H1 expenses. Not sure. Can find out if any one is interested.
