H1-h4-h1

Hi,

At present i have lost my job couple of days back and this is my case. Please advice what are my options

My case:
1. Was approved for H1 with company A
2. Transferred H1 to company B and started working and lost job after 1.5 months
3. Company A informed INS to cancel my H1
4. Company B will wait until my H1 Visa is approved and then cancel it
5. My husband is on H1 Visa and is nearing 6th year end, so is applying for 3yr extension this week (I-140 got approved)

My options:
1. Tranfer to H4 visa and then later transfer to H1 visa
--- If Company C offers a job at a later date, can i get reinstated or apply for H1B visa without going thru quota? or Will i get reinstated only to my previous employers as i had previously approved H1 visa from them?

2. Transfer H1 visa to Company A from Company B or continue using old H1 from Co. A
----Co. A has already sent info to INS asking them to cancel my H1...does INS actually cancel it or can i just use it as my Company B h1 is still pending approval

Please advice what is my best option in this market condition, transfer my H1 or change to H4 and later to H1 in goodtimes.
