    HI

My dh got h1b visa and will be traveling soon.

I am happy at same time too many confusions bothering me..

Kindly take some time and clarify them for my mental peace.

H1b is approved only for 2yrs, i.e till Dec 2016, i am planning to
travel after some time, till he settles down, and i have 3months Notice period.
Also i am doing an IVF (FET), if success planning to travel only by March 2016.

    So my doubts are.

    1. I am worried about selling of all household stuff here in India..
I am wondering how do people manage, like if we sell all house hold items
in India, We go there and Purchase all items and again sell back if H1b
extension is denied, and again come back here and purchase everything ????

    2. I read we can apply for h1b renewal, before 6months from date of expiring.
And if its approved, is it Mandatory to go back India for stamping??
I also read even if we get h1b renewal approval, there is no guarantee for
visa stamping(there is a chance that visa stamping can be rejected)

So in above case, if we apply renewal 6months before expiry, and we also get approval, and we come to India for Stamping, and get rejected, how can
we take care of selling/settling in U.S..

It might be too early doubts or silly, but its bothering me,also since
i am working, and we are TTC from 3yrs and in middle of IVF, i
am little worried, you answers helps calm me and plan things better.

    Hi

    1. We came to US recently -6 months back . i am working mother of 2 kids. What we did was , we did not sell any of our household things in India . We packed and kept it safely in my native place. My husband was in L1 visa and I was in L2 dependent Visa. So got a project from my company after coming here.

    2. After H1B extension , you need not go for visa stamping as long as you are in US. But during your next travel to India, you need to go to consulate .

This is what I know . All the best for your future

    HI ALL

    1 more doubt.

Does h1b Health insurance cover h4's maternity bill ??

I understand insurance policy changes with companies. But if h4 is not
currently pregnant, and later conceives in U.S will MOST OF insurance
companies covers her maternity bills ???

Did any one go through this, how much you had to pay out of pocket???
