Hi Ladies, Sorry for the confusion. I will repost it again. I was having a bit of a problem on that day and didnot realise that only the ingredients are mentioned. As for the Potato starch, it is dried potato starch we get in indian grocery shops. it helps to bind the potato mix and the patties donot break when u fry them. we donot use cornflour as it is eaten on fasting days.you can also use arrowroot.i hope i have made myself clear. if not please donot hesitate to contact me again . Thepla Left Over Cucumber Riata(Riatu) Left Over Cucumber Riata Ingredients 2 cups wheat flour Left Over Cucumber Riata Til Coriander leaves salt to taste 1 tsp sugar(optional) oil for frying Rice flour 2 to 3 tbsp Method: Take wheat flour in a big bowl,add all the ingredients.
