Last month, a Kathiawari Jain friend demonstrated how to make green undhiyo (sans red chilli powder,tomato). Though it was delicious, I was still scouting for the red undhiyo recipe which is what Ramji loves.Thank you. Will try and post FB. I can get almost all veggies except tuvar. affly Vidya

The jain version i find it a little sweet . It is a matter of taste. I will try and post a recipe for spinach with Besan and also spinach on its on.Thiese both are family favourites. Dear Pravinaben, I made the spinach methi besan curry and it was very nice. Thank you so much. Can you please post the recipes for ghatia/ghantia and dhokla flour. Dear Malini Thanks for the feedback. I am glad u liked the spinach curry. Malini Dhokra flour is a mixture of rice (american long grain) and Channa dal. Both in equal proportion. Then the mix is ground into a coarse texture flour ,similar to semolina. I am attaching both the recipes . Any prblem please donot hesitate to contact me Happy cooking warm regards Pravina
