Hi, Can any of you let me know what are the procedures and guidelines to be followed before setting up a home based online business. Should the company name be registered? And should we consult a legal attorney to get all the documents done?
Hi Amihere What kind of online business you are going to start? If it is related to software then your company must be registered with name specific to reserve copy rights. If it is clothing / hobby based business then no compulsory registration but it would help you from any legal issues. Suppose, If you grow your company and willing to expand it in future then legal documentation will protect you from any disputes under copyright act.
