    Hi all,

I have a few gerbera daisies in my garden. I have been having them for a couple of years now. Though they give flowers all through the year, the flowers are just small in size. Also, a few of them are quite sturdy, but some of them wilt away soon.

Could anyone throw light on tips to care for these daisies, watering-manure-pesticide patterns and all that for better flowers?

If they are potted plants , you will have to frequently loosen the soil around the roots. Since you mentioned that you have had them for a few years transfer them to a bigger pot. The flower size become small when the roots occupy a major part of the pot. In the new soil you can add used tea leaves, onion peels and ground coffee powder. If you eat eggs, use the boiled egg water (after the water has cooled) to water them. Vit B12 capsules dissolved in water revitalises them.
