    Hi friends. I too have lots of grey hair and am using Henna, but now since the number of grey hair is increasing, it gives a more orangish colour. I would also like to use Indigo leaves. Can someone tell me if there are any side effects of indigo and Where do we get it in Chennai. Please answer.:drowning

    • Avoid direct bright sunlight, but little amount of sunrays accentuates the red tones.
    • Shampoos must have the same low pH level. Preference to special colour shampoo
    • Use hair conditioner after swimming to avoid dryness of hair

    Just noticed that I'm getting some grey hair. I have heard that once grey hair starts coming, they come very fast.

    What to do to avoid getting grey hair?

    You can take b complex vitamins. Try applying henna. There is nothing much to stop greying hair but you can slow the process by taking healthy foods.

    I have only grey hair started in young age.
    and use of chemicals just increase it .
    Please try to go natural to cover the greys (if u using any colors)i used to used henna but in US i switched onto dyes as henna is difficult without smoince helping.I turned all white now.

    Try to do some yoga-asans that increase blood circulation on scalp.

    Like seersha asan , and some other asan in which head is down and body up..and that rubbing nails ( i heard many people got migraine relief and hair growth )

    Most people can successfully color their hair
    at home but there are exceptions. You should get a professional
    color job if your hair is in poor condition - coloring dry
    damaged hair at home can result in uneven color. Also, if your
    hair has different shades and you want one even tone, a hairdresser
    can apply different formulas to the different areas. Finally, it's
    best to leave it to the experts if you want to make a drastic
    change to your hair color, say dark brown to platinum blonde, or
    you want special color effects or highlights.

    Hi,

    I also suffered from grey hair all of sudden.... One reason was i used pantene shampoo and head and shoulder. other reason was i lacked heamoglobin.... i started taking supplements for heamoglibin,, now its better.. get ur Hb test done... could be it might help u...
