    Hi Krishnamma,

I follow many of your threads.. they carry very valuable info.. I have not posted much before in the Kitchen and Household section..

Now .. I need your help very much for solving my husband's farting problem.. He is a bit overweight.. also he has the habit of eating food very
    fast ... without even sitting..

I have read some where that these habits + overweight causes farting..

He feels helpless about this and so do I. Can you please provide a home remedy for this? Thanks in advance.

it is better to go to doctor dear :)

but for chest congestion, you can use Vicks, or you can heat a cloth on the stove and can check the heat and keep the cloth on her chest. like this you can do 10 times not more than that. she will fell some what better and she will sleep. BUT TAKE CARE OF THE HEAT;BEFORE KEEPING THE HEAT CLOTH ON HER CHEST FIRST YOU KEEP IT ON YOUR PAW AND THEN KEEP THE HEAT CLOTH ON HER CHEST. OK ?

no no, not because of his eating habits. he is having gas trouble. you do one thing, add more garlic in his food and also you can add asafodita in his food. they will reduce this problem

to reduce body heat, you can take 'sonf' (sombu' in Tamil) as much as you can.
you can take cow's fresh milk as it is.
best is take banana milk shake regularly, it will make your body very cold.
take cucumber salad or raitha regularly.
    take oil bath alternative days
if you can keep 'marudhani, that is mehanthi in hands and even on your head and take bath.
keep cut cucumber on you eyes, this will reduce the burning sensation.
    hope these will help you,
sorry for the delay reply :(
