Hi I am new to Qatar and after coming here Iam facing hair loss problem. Each day its worsening. I bought vatika shampoo here bcos i wanted some thing natural. I used khadi in India. I dont know if its due to shampoo or water or some reason. I have curly hair. If any of you have overcome this problem help me out. Regards Asha
Hi, although you can reduce but not totally make it go away.. i am using dove anti haircall and it seems pretty good...i can find hairloss reducing.. do hot oil massaing overnight or before hairwash.. i think its the water ..but guess no other choice...
Its definitely the water and the heat here. I have curly hair too. I use Loreal along with its conditioner. Though i couldnt stop hairloss. It did reduce. im still in pursuit of finding an ideal shampoo
even i am a victim of this severe hair loss pblm and i feel its due to the chlorinated water here... one thing which u can try is to fill a bucket with water the previous night and then use it for washing your hair the next day..this way the chlorine gets evaporated.. a hot oil massage will really help in reducing hair fall.. u can use coconut oil or olive oil, just warm it and apply on the scalp and wash it off with a mild shampoo after an hour... the shampoo which u choose has to be based on the type of hair which u have.. oily or dry or normal.. u can find a lot of shampoos in the supermarkets here, so choose the one which suits ur hair type.. hope this helps..
Try Anaphase (ducray)and Neoptide in combination works good . I have been having hair loss for quite some time due to the water , changed several shampoos didnt work ..atlst one of the know pharmacy gave the above ..its really better now .Just spray the neoptide in the night and whenever u wash your hair , use the anaphase ..

Even dove works for me too...anything that lathers more make it worsr Currently using anti dandruff n daily use dove combined. .since the Water ere will definitely cause dandruff and try hot massage with some Mustard/olive/virgin coco oil at least once a week...thinks it ll help u...

The Body shop Rainforest shampoo & conditioner range works for me. It's sulphate, parabens, silicone free so no chemicals. I have tried every shampoo from Dove to H&S to pantene to oiling thrice a week to hot oil massaging but nothing helped until i swtitched to chemical free stuff!
Hi, We have fitted a shower filter, and I use neeli bringadi oil n wash it off with aloe Vera juice, been doing this for the last 20+ years here in Qatar, and thankfully no more hair loss
