    I am looking to buy 3 BHK or 2 BHK apartment flat with clear title in Ranchi area. What is the price range? What are the best localities?

    I can only give you some idea of property prices at Ranchi. A 2BHK property at Singmore is on sale for 22.80 lacs while a 2BHK multi-storey apartment at Magistrate Colony is available for Rs 23.0 lacs. A similar 2BHK property at Bariatu Road is going for Rs 25.68 lacs.
    If you are interested in a new project, then you can contact M/S Vikramaditya Engicon who are building Vikramshila Garden at Chesire Home Road, Ranchi. The company has built properties at Patna and is well known in real estate circles.
