    hello ,
    choking of screen occurs due to heat and the binder present in the khadi.,
    step one try using a small quantity of urea water., 5gm to 10gm for 1kg of khadi binder
    if this doesn't solve the problem
    try using 5gms to 10gms of Di-ethylene glycol or glycerine, the first or second solution should work for you
    to wash the screen already blocked try using benzene or acetone
