Hi ladies in thane I want to know gold making charges(% wise) of different reputed jewellers in thane. Had anyone been to Kalyan jewellers new showroom in thane. I had been to chitamani jewellers(near talaopali) few months back and their making charges are like 400 INR for 1gm approx. which means as per gold rate of 28000 per 10gm, making charges are 15% mgf gold cost. Their are many small jewellers shops in naupada area who charge less making charges, but quality of gold is big concern their. Along with that jewellers charge wastage if we are making jewellery from our old ornaments, which is again a 10 to 12% deduction from overall weight of ornament. So to sum up 25% extra cost per 10gm gold rate is like big hole in pocket. So please suggest ways to minimise this. Pour your experience about gold quality and making charges with different jewellers in thane so that all members here will benefit for their gold purchase in future
we visit waman hari pete near to station... its good... recommended by some relatives also.... their schemes are good... otherwise mostly gold will be with our family jeweller at native!
